Job description
The Salvation Army Southern California is seeking a dedicated Retail Store Manager for our Victorville thrift store. This role oversees day-to-day operations, drives customer service and sales, and ensures efficient donation handling and pricing practices.
You will lead a team, schedule shifts, and maintain safety and policy compliance at the store. Ideal candidates bring at least 3 years of supervisory retail experience, strong communication skills, and a valid driver’s license.
