Job description
The Salvation Army in Santa Monica is seeking a part-time SALES LEAD to join the RETAIL team. You will provide customers with the best selection and uphold merchandising standards to support its programs.
You will assist in daily store operations, supervise in the absence of managers, and help drive sales while maintaining cash handling and safety procedures. Strong communication with staff and donors is essential.
