Job description
CSUN is seeking a Ticket Office Lead to provide day-to-day administrative and customer service support for Ticket Office operations. You will assist with opening/closing, event support at The Soraya venues, and supervise ticket office tasks.
The role requires strong customer service and organizational skills, with a preferred background in theatre-related settings and CPR/First Aid certification. On-campus, on-site work in Northridge; temporary position with ongoing pool applications.
