Job description
Grunley is expanding in the Tidewater region and seeks a Program Director to build client relationships and a local subcontractor network. The role requires extensive DoD contracting experience and leadership in establishing a new regional practice.
Based in Norfolk, VA, the candidate will drive pursuits with USACE Norfolk District, NAVFAC Mid-Atlantic, and regional education and municipal partners while shaping win strategies with estimating and operations. Occasional travel is expected.
