Skilled Welder Opportunity At Litania Sports GroupAt Litania Sports Group, our brands, Gill and Porter, have been trusted by athletes, schools, and sports organizations for more than 100 years. From local gyms to world-class championships, the equipment we build supports competition at every level.We're looking for skilled welders who take pride in quality craftsmanship, teamwork, and building products used by athletes across the country.Pay & SchedulePay: $20-$25/hour, based on experience and demonstrated welding proficiencyBonus Eligible: Up to 20% bonus potential, paid bi-weekly and quarterlySchedule: Monday-Friday, 6:30 AM to 3:00 PM, with overtime opportunities as neededPosition Type: Hourly, Full-TimeWhat You'll DoPerform TIG and/or MIG welding on steel and aluminum componentsRead and interpret blueprints, work orders, and specificationsSet up welding equipment, including jigs, gas pressure, wire speed, and amperageComplete welds according to quality, safety, and production standardsInspect finished products for defects and accuracyMeasure and verify work using templates, straightedges, and other measuring toolsPerform water-tight welds and occasional pipe welding up to 8 inchesRemove weld splatter and maintain a clean work areaFollow all safety procedures and company policiesMove completed products to the next stage of the manufacturing processWhat We're Looking ForMust be at least 18 years of ageProven TIG and/or MIG welding experience on steel and/or aluminumAbility to read and interpret blueprints and understand tolerancesAbility to perform continuous welds up to 24 inches preferredAbility to accurately read a tape measureAbility to follow written and verbal instructions in EnglishAbility to pass a pre-employment drug screen and work in a drug-free environmentStarting pay is based on welding experience, skill level, and demonstrated proficiency.Why Join Litania Sports Group?Competitive hourly payUp to 20% bonus potentialFirst-shift schedule with evenings at homeOvertime opportunitiesStable manufacturing environmentOpportunity to build products used at schools, colleges, recreation facilities, and championship events across the countryTeam-oriented culture focused on safety, quality, and continuous improvementBenefitsAll full-time employees are eligible for:Medical InsuranceDental InsuranceVision InsuranceShort-Term Disability (STD)Long-Term Disability (LTD)Company-Paid Basic Life InsuranceVoluntary Life Insurance401(k) with Company Match up to 6%Litania Sports Group is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
