TIG WelderDoherty Staffing Solutions is hiring TIG Welders for a leading manufacturing company located in Faribault, MN. Read below for more information!What You'll Do as a TIG Welder:Perform TIG welding on aluminum components to produce high-quality, precise weldsPrepare materials by cleaning and removing contaminants prior to weldingInspect aluminum materials and completed welds to ensure quality standards are metSet up and adjust welding equipment, including torch settings, gas flow, and amperageExecute various welding joint configurations based on engineering specificationsMonitor production workflow and document production data and reports in systemsCollaborate with team members to maintain efficient production and meet timelinesMaintain welding tools and equipment, performing routine maintenance and troubleshootingWhat You Need to Bring to the TIG Welder Role:Experience in TIG and MIG welding processes in a manufacturing environmentProficiency in TIG welding techniques, especially on aluminum materialsAbility to read and interpret blueprints, welding symbols, and engineering drawingsExperience with different grades of aluminum and related welding requirementsHigh school diploma required with technical training preferredAbility to perform basic math for measurements, reporting, and material trackingAbility to lift up to 50 pounds and perform frequent physical tasks such as standing and bendingAbility to read, write, and comprehend instructions in English and follow safety and PPE requirementsWhy You'll Like Working with Doherty Staffing SolutionsEnjoy weekly pay, access to health coverage options through Benefits in a Card (including preventative and minimum value plans), and temp-to-hire opportunities for long-term stability where applicable.
