2nd Shift Tig / Mig WelderLocation: Strafford, MO Shift: 2nd Shift Monday-Thursday 3:30pm-1:30am Pay: $20-22/hr + $2/hr shift differentialJob SummaryWe are seeking a dependable Class B Welder to support production through high-quality TIG and MIG welding. This role is ideal for welders with six months or more of experience who value attendance, safety, and craftsmanship.Essential ResponsibilitiesPerform TIG and MIG welding to production standardsTack weld efficiently; grind when requiredWork across multiple welding positions, including welding, tacking, stud, and bung weldsRead and interpret blueprints and part listsAccurately measure using a tape measureSafely operate shop tools and equipmentFollow all PPE and safety requirementsStand for the entire shift and lift up to 50 lbsQualificationsMinimum 6 months MIG welding experience or Trade School trainingTIG welding experience preferredStrong attention to detail and focus on qualityReliable and dependable attendance is requiredAbility to problem-solve and work well with a teamEducationHigh School Diploma or GED preferred, not requiredPhysical RequirementsAbility to stand and walk for extended periodsFrequent use of hands and armsLift up to 50 poundsMust have close, distance, color, and depth visionAdditional InformationThis job description is not all-inclusive and may be adjusted as needed to meet business needs.
