Tradesmen International is immediately hiring experienced TIG Welders for projects located in or around Burnsville, MN. This is a first shift opportunity and the pay rate is $35-$40/hour based on experience and skill level. Job Scope:
Perform precision TIG welding on stainless steel components using 3/32" filler rod
Read and interpret blueprints, welding prints, and technical drawings
Set up welding equipment and adjust amperage, gas flow, and weld settings as required
Fit, weld, and fabricate components according to project specifications
Inspect completed welds for quality, consistency, and compliance with requirements
Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment
Follow all shop safety procedures and quality standards
Requirements: Minimum of 3 years of TIG welding experience preferred
Strong stainless steel TIG welding experience
Proficiency using 3/32" filler rod
Ability to read and interpret blueprints and welding prints
Ability to produce clean, consistent, high-quality welds
Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship
Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
Must be reliable, safety-conscious, and able to contribute immediately
