TIG Welder - Contract to HireLocation: Fort Collins, CO (On-Site)Pay: $35.00 - $40.00/hourSchedule: Monday-ThursdayImportant: Candidates will start on night shift (4:30 PM - 2:30 AM) for approximately 1-2 months before transitioning to first shift (6:00 AM - 4:30 PM).Job OverviewWe are seeking an experienced TIG Welder to join their growing team. This position focuses on TIG welding and brazing of high-purity stainless steel, specialty alloys, and high-purity plastics utilized in critical applications, including data center infrastructure. This is a contract-to-hire opportunity with long-term growth potential.ResponsibilitiesPerform TIG welding on high-purity stainless steel components.Complete brazing operations on stainless steel and specialty materials.Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings.Assemble and fabricate components according to specifications.Inspect completed welds to ensure quality and compliance with standards.Maintain a safe and organized work environment.Collaborate with the production team to meet project deadlines.QualificationsRequired:Minimum 3-5 years of TIG welding experience.Experience welding high-purity stainless steel.Brazing experience.Ability to read and interpret blueprints and schematics.Strong fabrication and assembly skills.Preferred:Experience with specialty alloys and metals.Experience in manufacturing, fabrication, or machine building environments.Why Join?Growing company with strong demand and long-term opportunities.Exposure to projects supporting the rapidly expanding data center industry.Small team environment where employees can make an impact.Contract-to-hire opportunity with potential for permanent employment.Job Type & Location: This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Fort Collins, CO.Pay and Benefits: The pay range for this position is $35.00 - $40.00/hr. Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.
