TIG WelderOur client has been in business for more than 50 years providing state-of-the-art processing equipment for their partners in the food industry. They specialize in providing total line solutions—from consultation through system design, manufacturing, and integration. Their cutting-edge technology focuses on turnkey systems for high-capacity further processing lines. Currently, they have a great opportunity for a talented and motivated TIG Welder to join their team!Welders are responsible for fitting and welding steel, aluminum and stainless steel parts using a MIG and/or TIG process and also to ensure each job is run with safety, accuracy and within timeliness in the welding areaWhat will you do?Set up welding machines based on the job at hand or using a Welding Procedure SpecificationRead and interpret blueprints and/or drawings to determine the specific welding requirementsWeld components/materials based on the specifications of the blueprints and/or drawingsAssemble items as instructed by floor supervisorKeep work areas clean and organized and take proper care of all equipment and facilities.Provide a great level of attention to detail and focus on the given task.Follow all safety rules and quality standardsWork with team members to maximize productivity and efficiencyPrepare product for shipmentRequirementsHigh school diploma or GED.2-5 years TIG welding experience.Proficient with various gauges and measuring devicesAbility to read and interpret printsStrong understanding of dimensions and tolerancesStrong understanding of material propertiesAttentive to all safety precautions when operating machines.Benefits401k with matchingDental insuranceHealth insuranceHealth savings accountLife insurancePaid time offVision insurance
