This position requires a minimum of 5 years aerospace welding experience, and you must demonstrate your ability to weld during the interview process. This is a 2nd shift position, Monday – Thursday 4:00 pm – 2:30 am. This shift pays an additional 20% shift differential.Essential Responsibilities:Weld using TIG equipmentDeburr parts using handheld toolsCleaning and washing parts to remove manufacturing oils, dirt and debrisEnsure continuous production of parts that meet customer expectationsInspect completed parts using micrometers, indicators, calipers, comparators, etc.Maintain quality standards through understanding of the Quality Management SystemMonitor and document operational and performance issues and provide feedback to supervisorDevelop and maintain effective working relationships with peers, supervisors and other staffOther duties as directed by supervisorQualifications:5 years' experience aerospace welding metals including Inconel, Stainless Steel and TitaniumStrong verbal communication and problem-solving skillsAttention to detail and ability to deal with complexityCapable of working in a customer-focused, deadline-driven environment while maintaining a positive attitudeEnjet offers a comprehensive benefits package to full-time employees including paid time off, health insurance, dental insurance, vision insurance, paid holidays, a 401K retirement plan, disability insurance, and more.As an EOE/AA employer, Enjet Aero will not discriminate in its employment practices due to an applicant's race, color, religious creed, national origin, ancestry, sex, age, veteran status, marital status or physical challenges.
