MIG/TIG Welder (2nd Shift)We are currently hiring for a MIG/TIG Welder (2nd Shift) to join our busy team. This position will be responsible for fabricating metal components according to specifications, ensuring quality standards are met. This is a Direct Hire opportunity with opportunity to join the Union and with Union benefits.MIG/TIG Welder ResponsibilitiesPerform MIG/TIG welding on aluminum and stainless-steel materials, according to blueprint specificationsSet up welding equipment including appropriate materials, gas mixtures, and welding electrodesMonitor welding processes, making adjustments when necessaryConduct inspections on welds to identify any defects, ensuring compliance with standardsMaintain welding equipment and tools, completing routine maintenance and repairs as neededMIG/TIG Welder RequirementsAt least 2 years' experience as a MIG/TIG WelderExperienced welding stainless steel and aluminum materialsOperate Plasma Cutter and Grinder machineryInterpret blueprint readings, technical drawings, and specificationsMIG/TIG Welder CertifiedSchedule: Monday – FridayHours: 3:30pm-12am (Overtime availability when needed)Pay: $25-$30/hr. depending on experience
