Job description
Who We Are
Brolly Labs dba CatalyzeX, is a business process outsourcing specialist that combines process expertise with top offshore talent, delivering the best value outcomes for its clients.
As an incubator of cutting-edge services, software, and AI brands, we partner with forward-thinking firms in e-commerce, legal, healthcare, and software sectors to deliver human-centric solutions that truly make a difference.
What You'll Do
As a TikTok Shop Manager, you will own a brand's TikTok Shop end to end, doing the work an agency would do, in-house. You will drive growth across affiliates, GMV Max, promotions, listings, compliance, and creator relationships, and bring ideas every week on where the shop can improve and grow. You will also support cross-platform posting, email management, and general admin.
Own the TikTok Shop growth plan and recommend where to focus spend, samples, and content each month.
Source, invite, sample, and follow up with creators at volume using Euka, Trybe, and the Affiliate Center.
Review incoming sample and collab requests against fit, past GMV, and content quality.
Re-engage top affiliates with new products, bonuses, and exclusive commissions to keep them posting.
Run creator community channels (Discord, email, DMs) and serve as the day-to-day contact for samples, content approvals, payouts, and questions.
Design, launch, and score creator contests that drive posting volume and GMV.
Write creator briefs, test hooks and angles, and iterate based on what converts.
Review creator content weekly and flag winners for Spark Ads, GMV Max, and retargeting.
Set up, budget, monitor, and optimize GMV Max and Spark Ads campaigns; report on ROAS and incremental GMV.
Plan and execute flash sales, bundles, coupons, and platform campaign events.
Keep product listings optimized and in stock, including titles, images, variants, pricing, and descriptions.
Manage Fulfilled By TikTok (FBT), inventory levels, replenishment, and stockouts.
Monitor shop health, resolve listing and content violations, file appeals, and prevent repeat flags.
Handle shop inquiries, reviews, returns, and order issues within platform SLAs.
Maintain the creator CRM, including statuses, samples sent, content posted, and performance tiers.
Deliver a weekly report on GMV, orders, affiliate output, ad spend, social performance, and next steps.
Publish existing content to Instagram, YouTube, Facebook, X, and other platforms on a posting schedule.
Manage email inboxes, handle general admin tasks, and keep follow-ups moving.
Who You Are
We're looking for an experienced TikTok Shop operator, not a general social media VA. You've run the backend of a shop, not just an organic account, and you talk in GMV, affiliate count, sample-to-post rate, ROAS, and conversion. You're proactive and self-directed, you can manage hundreds of creator conversations without dropping follow-ups, and you show up to the weekly check-in with ideas without being asked.
Minimum 2 years of hands-on experience managing a TikTok Shop for a brand or agency (Seller Center, Affiliate Center, GMV Max), with shops and results you can walk us through.
Full-funnel knowledge: creator sourcing, sampling, content, ads, promotions, listings, order and violation issues, and reporting.
Direct experience running affiliate outreach and CRM in Euka and Trybe, or equivalent tools with the ability to ramp quickly.
Proven experience planning and executing TikTok Shop promotions, flash deals, campaign events, and creator contests.
Strong written English for creator messaging, briefs, and customer service without editing.
Comfortable working daily in Slack and ClickUp.
Preferred Backgrounds:
TikTok Shop managers from brands or e-commerce agencies
Affiliate or creator partnership managers with TikTok Shop experience
Amazon or Shopify sellers or marketplace managers
Professionals with CPG, supplement, or beverage category experience
Live shopping experience
