Safety Awareness & Documentation: Maintains a safe jobsite through active leadership and completes all required safety documentation accurately each day. Crew Leadership & Field Communication: Ensures every crew member understands the plan before work begins and maintains clear, professional communication with the Division Manager, PM, GC, and customer throughout the day. Customer & GC Relationship Management: Engages with the GC and customer daily, addresses concerns proactively, and represents CFR with professionalism on every job.

Reporting & Documentation: Completes daily reports, updates maps of completion, and submits job completion forms accurately and on time, every day. Extra Work Identification & Communication: Identifies out-of-scope work immediately, notifies the Division Manager and PM, and initiates the documentation needed to support a change order.

Issue Identification & Escalation: Surfaces production, quality, safety, or schedule concerns early and communicates them to the Division Manager and PM before they become larger problems.
