Job description
J.P. Morgan Natural Capital in Portland seeks a Valuations Associate to deliver timely and precise timberland valuation analysis. You will model acquisitions, conduct regional economic assessments, and support reporting of investment performance.
You will use the Timber Investment Model and collaborate with Acquisitions, Operations, Portfolio Management, and Accounting teams to drive investment decisions and reporting accuracy.
