Join us and play an important part on our incredible team!What you get to do:Serve as primary timekeeping editor for key departmentsResponsible for verifying staff positions for shift differentials and for auditing payroll accuracyMake process improvement recommendationsGather data and review specific areas of timekeepingProvide support to the Timekeeping Supervisor/Labor Manager and the VP of FinancePerform calculations for various incentive programs as neededAssist with budget preparation and analysis for departmentsServe as backup for calculating tips reported and gratuity for Culinary department/vending commissionsServe as backup for vending commissions worksheet and prep for entry into Workday for Culinary departmentAssist as a backup by producing area schedulesPerform other duties as assignedWhat it takes to succeed:At least 18 years oldHigh school diploma or equivalentMinimum of one year experience in a customer service related position or office environmentExperience using Workday timekeeping editor or SeaWorld proprietary team member management system strongly preferredAbility to multi-task in a fast paced environment and prioritize effectivelyStrong written and verbal communication skillsWorking knowledge of all Microsoft Office applicationsAvailable to work varying shifts or hours based on park hours and needs including weekends and holidaysStrong problem solving skills and attention to detailThe perks of the position: Ambassadors will enjoy a fun, fast-paced environment, and great teammates, as well as:FREE park admissionDiscounts on park admission tickets and passes for family and friendsPark discounts on food, merchandise, etc.Scholarship opportunitiesExclusive employee events and giveawaysEEO Employer:SEAWORLD PARKS & ENTERTAINMENT IS AN EQUAL OPPORTUNITY EMPLOYER.
