Job description
Korea Technology and Information Promotion Agency for SMEs (TIPA) is a government-affiliated institution under Korea Ministry of SMEs and Startups (MSS). TIPA is a specialized organization dedicated to enhancing the competitiveness and supporting innovation of Small and Medium-sized Enterprises (SMEs) and Startups. To achieve this mission, we operate a U.S. branch in Massachusetts which serves as a gateway to facilitate collaboration between Korean SMEs and American institutions. We are currently seeking a skilled and motivated manager to join our team.
Specific Duties and Responsibilities

Duties
Build networks with researchers at US institutions
Facilitate joint R&D project between SMEs and US researchers
Support Korean SMEs entering the U.S. market
Organize business meetings (e.g., technology, investment, legal)
Coordinate external events, liaise with the Korean headquarters and manage office visit etc.
Conduct research and analysis of technology and business trends in the US
