nWage: $16.00/hr
nThe Tire and Lube Technician is an entry level position with the Hertz Corporation and is the launching point for our maintenance team. In this role you will be performing preventative maintenance, with a focus on Oil and Tire Changes. Must be a quick learner, and have an assortment of tools, including oil filter wrenches, socket set, and a toolbox to keep them in.
nEducational Background:
nnHigh School Diploma or equivalent preferred
n nProfessional Experience:
nnnEntry level position with no required experience
n
nnPreferred prior experience with automotive repair (personal or professional)
n
n nKnowledge:
nnnMust be able to perform vehicle repairs with oversight
n
nnAbility to use shop equipment such as lifts, tire changing equipment, alignment machines, and scan tools
n
n nAdditional Notes:
nnnFamiliarity with the below tools (to be provided)
n
nn3/8” and ½” impact wrench
n
nnSockets wrench - metric and standard - preferably long and short lengths.
n
nnOil Filter wrenches and tools
n
nnTPMS tool - reset tire sensors
n
nnCombo wrenches
n
nnScrewdrivers
n
nnMust have a Valid Driver’s License
