Job description
Goodyear is seeking a Production Supervisor to lead operations in our Portland tire manufacturing facility. You will drive safety, quality, and production performance while coaching a frontline team in a fast-paced environment.
This hands-on role requires strong communication, problem solving, and the ability to manage schedules, training, and daily production goals. Regular overtime and a monthly bonus eligibility are available; benefits include medical, dental, vision, 401(k), and time off.
