Job description
America’s Tire is seeking a Tire Service Technician to join our customer-first, safety-focused retail team. In this hands-on role, you’ll inspect, mount, balance, rotate, and repair tires and wheels on passenger and light trucks while following all safety and equipment procedures. You’ll provide friendly, efficient service, accurately follow work orders, and keep bays and tools clean and organized. Technicians receive structured training in tire and wheel service, shop safety, and customer interaction, with clear paths to leadership and sales roles in a stable, growth-oriented retail environment.
