Job description
Kolar Tire & Auto in Helena, MT is seeking a proactive Tire Shop Manager to lead our team and oversee daily operations of the tire shop. You will supervise staff, ensure top customer service, manage inventory, and help drive store growth while upholding safety and quality standards.
The ideal candidate has 3–5 years in tire or automotive service with at least 2 years in a supervisory role, excellent communication, and a solid understanding of shop workflows.
