About the Role:
Tire Guy of Idaho is looking for a skilled and motivated Tire Technician to join our team in Grangeville, ID! This is a hands-on role where you'll keep customers safe on the road by delivering fast, reliable tire services in a fast-paced shop environment. If you love working with your hands and take pride in quality work, we want to hear from you!
Responsibilities: Mount, balance, and install tires on a variety of vehicles including passenger cars, trucks, and SUVs
Perform tire rotations, flat repairs, and valve stem replacements
Inspect tires for wear, damage, and proper inflation levels
Operate tire mounting and balancing equipment safely and efficiently
Assist customers with tire selection and service recommendations
Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment
Perform basic vehicle inspections and communicate findings to service advisors
Requirements: Prior experience in tire installation, auto service, or a related mechanical field preferred
Ability to operate tire mounting, balancing, and alignment equipment
Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship
Ability to work on your feet and lift 50+ lbs regularly
Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
Reliable, punctual, and a strong team player
Willingness to learn and grow within the automotive service industry

Compensation: $17.00 - $25.00 per hour
