Job Summary: As a Tire Technician I, you'll perform basic to mid-range diagnostics, troubleshooting, maintenance, and basic repairs and replacements.
Key Responsibilities & Essential Functions:
Troubleshooting / Maintenance / Repair & Replacement:
Assists in basic to mid-range diagnostics and troubleshooting
Assists with basic repairs, preventative maintenance, and replacements in assigned classification
Operates with basic tooling
May work with others in an apprentice-style environment
Performs tire repairs; repairs / replaces; mounts / dismounts; controls tire inventory; repairs / replaces wheels
Delivers tires to tire banks
Trains others
Performs Associate Tire Tech duties

Qualifications & Key Requirements:
Work Experience: 1+ years of related experience - Required
Knowledge/Skills/Abilities: Ability to work in a team environment - Required
Education: HS Diploma or GED or equivalent - Required
Licenses/Certifications: Obtain / maintain a third-party tire certification - Required
Obtain / maintain a CDL - Required
Meet H-E-B driving qualifications - Required
Physical Demands & Working Conditions: Lift 100 lbs and carry 5 feet
Work while sitting, standing, stooping, bending, or in a prone position
Work with hands over head
Climb and work from a ladder
