Job Title: Trailer / Tire Technician
Location: Leola, PA (Lancaster County)
Schedule: Day Shift (Ample overtime available; occasional Saturday mornings)

Job Summary A locally owned business in Lancaster County is seeking a hardworking and reliable Trailer & Tire Technician to join our shop floor in Leola, PA. This role is ideal for hands-on individuals looking for steady hours, abundant overtime opportunities, and a strong team environment working on trailers, tires, and heavy-duty transportation equipment.
Key Responsibilities Perform tire service, replacements, rotations, and pressure checks on trailers and heavy equipment.
Conduct routine inspections and preventative maintenance on trailer components.
Diagnose and repair mechanical issues, including brakes, wheel assemblies, bearings, lighting, and electrical wiring.
Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment inside the shop.
Qualifications & Skills Strong mechanical aptitude with hands-on experience using power tools and shop equipment.
Prior experience with tire installation, mechanical repair, or trailer maintenance preferred (will train the right candidate).
Ability to work independently, manage physical workload, and meet shop deadlines.
Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs and work on your feet throughout the shift.
