n nPOSITION SUMMARY
nAs an Automotive Tire Technician for Big O Tires, you will be responsible for servicing and performing maintenance of tires and wheels in an accurate and timely manner. You are honest, have a solid work ethic and high motivation.
nESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
nMounting and dismounting automotive tires
nInstalling new wheels
nAttaching and re-balancing wheels
nRepairing, rotating, and inflating tires
nPerforming oil changes or any type of flushes and maintenance
nCalibrating TPMS
nInventory stocking
nParticipating in training & follows safety procedures
nTesting and installing batteries
nTest-driving vehicles after maintenance
nQUALIFICATIONS
nValid driver's license
nMust be at least 18+ years old
nAvailability to work holidays, weekends, and after regular business hours as needed
nReliable transportation to work
nAbility to learn new concepts and use technical materials
nCapability to safely operate automatic and manual transmission vehicles
nWillingness to work with hazardous materials and in outdoor weather conditions
nComplies with Personal Protection Equipment (PPE) regulations
nAbility to remain in a stationary position (standing and/or driving) for up to nine hours per shift
nAbility to move and lift up to 75 pounds
nAbility to meet company requirements including successful pre-employment drug screening, Motor Vehicle Report (MVR), and criminal background check
