nAs a Tire Technician at Belle Tire, you do what it takes to keep life moving for our customers by providing expert tire services, including installation, maintenance, repairs, and tire rotations and will thrive in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment focused on safety and quality. nWhat You'll Do
nnnMount, dismount, balance, rotate, and repair tires on customer vehicles
n
nnEnsure all work meets Belle Tire's high-quality and safety standards, including cleaning hubs and wheels for corrosion
n
nnDeliver exce ptional customer service by explaining tire options, maintenance needs, and repairs as needed
n
nnMaintain a clean, organized, and safe work area
n
nnPerform other duties as assigned by your manager
n
n nWhat We're Looking For
nMinimum Qualifications :
nnn18 years old
n
nnValid driver's license
n
nnAttention to detail, mechanical aptitude, and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
n
nnCustomer-first mindset
n
n nPreferred Qualifications:
nnnHigh school diploma or GED
n
nnPrevious experience in tire services or automotive repair
n
n nPhysical Requirements:
nnAbility to stand for long periods , bend and lift up to 75 pounds
n nWork Environment
nThis position is based within a tire and automotive service retail store . Varying work hours, Monday through Saturday, with possible overtime . Fast-paced workshop setting with physical demands, including extended standing and heavy lifting.
