A rapidly growing firm in Michigan is currently hiring for a Title Agency Manager, who will Lead the strategic vision, operational execution, and financial performance of a well established title insurance agency!
Responsibilities
The ideal candidate will come from Title, Mortgage, or Real Estate and have significant experience growing businesses.
Must have past experience growing sales
Coordinate cross-functionally to insure project meets business objectives and compliance standards
Recruitment and team development
Qualifications
Must have past experience as a Title Agency Manager and/or Branch Manager
Strong Business mindset, this is a true leader who is polished and focused on growth and expansion
Past leadership in the Title industry is required not preferred
