Job description
CSUMB in Monterey Bay seeks a Civil Rights and Title IX Director to lead the campus Office of Civil Rights and Title IX, ensuring compliance with federal and CSU policies. The role conducts sensitive intake, oversees investigations, and provides training and outreach to the campus community.
The position requires a master’s degree and at least five years of supervisory experience, with regular on-campus presence and collaboration with multiple offices to promote inclusive excellence.
