Agents will deliver passion for customer experience while responding to questions and providing knowledge to callers on how to request action related to vehicle titles. The call team also performs title perfection follow-up while managing multiple clients – callings DMV, dealerships, and customers to ensure a perfected title and winning as a team.Notary Public – Team members must obtain their Notary Public within 90 days (about three months) of employment. defi SOLUTIONS will pay for the test, accessories, and renewals.Required Qualifications:High School diploma or GEDMinimum one-year experience in high-volume, data entry, and administrative forced positionIntermediate proficiency with Windows-based software programs (i.e., MS Word, Excel, Outlook)Ability to demonstrate, comprehend and apply our workplace values.Travel required:No travel is required for this positionAffirmative Action/EEO Statement: defi SOLUTIONS is an Equal Opportunity Employer, and all qualified applicants will receive consideration for employment regardless of race, color, religion, sex, national origin, disability, or protected veteran status.
