We want every customer to have access to financing for their dream ride. We have an immediate need for two Titles Specialista to join our growing team located in Irving, TX. You will support the titling needs for the organization for Motorcycle, Powersports, RV and Marine assets. This role is ONSITE Monday to Friday 8am-5pm or 830am -530pm. Dog lovers strongly encouraged to apply!As a Titles Specialist at Ironhorse Funding LLC, your daily responsibilities will revolve around managing and processing title documents with precision and attention to detail. You'll collaborate closely with team members to ensure all title transactions are completed efficiently, resolving any discrepancies that may arise. Expect to communicate regularly with clients and stakeholders, providing exceptional service while gathering necessary information. Adaptability is crucial; you'll need to adjust to varying workflows and changes in processes seamlessly.Accountability is vital as you'll maintain accurate records and documentation, ensuring compliance with industry regulations. This role exists to keep our customers' financing moving smoothly-especially when details matter most. Key responsibilities include processing title and lien documentation, coordinating with DMVs, dealers, customers, and vendors, updating the title management system, resolving exceptions, and maintaining complete, audit-ready records while protecting sensitive information.Required qualifications/skills:Hands-on title processing and lien management experienceWorking knowledge of state DMV/titling regulationsProficiency with title systems and Microsoft Office (Excel, Word)Detail-driven organization, clear written/verbal communicationAdaptability, troubleshooting mindset, and high integrityIf you're ready to grow your expertise in a fast-moving environment, apply today.
