Job description
Celea Therapeutics, Inc. is seeking an experienced Director, Trial Master File to establish and maintain TMF standards, processes, and oversight across the clinical portfolio.
You will drive regulatory readiness, quality management, and collaboration with CROs, Quality Assurance, and Clinical Operations to ensure inspection-ready TMFs. Open to onsite or remote work, the role focuses on Phase 3 programs, risk-based oversight, and continuous improvement of TMF processes and vendor performance.
