Chili's in Franklin, TN is seeking To-Go Specialists to deliver fast service and warm hospitality for To-Go Guests. You will thrive on teamwork, pride in accuracy, and making guests feel special during pickup.
Responsibilities include knowing the menu to explain offerings, answering phones, guiding guests through the ordering process, entering orders in proper sequence, operating the POS, and helping maintain a safe, welcoming environment.
