Job description
The Metropolitan Transportation Authority (MTA) seeks an Associate Counsel, Litigation - Tolls Group - General Law I to support toll-related litigation from inception through appellate stages. The role emphasizes protecting toll revenue under open road Cashless Tolling and CBD Tolling initiatives.
Requirements include a JD from an accredited school, New York Bar admission, and at least 3 years of NY litigation experience, plus 1 year in-house or law firm exposure.
