Job description
Metropolitan Transportation Authority is seeking a mid-level attorney to support the Tolls Group - General Law I. The role focuses on toll collection, violation enforcement, and related civil litigation, including open road Cashless Tolling and CBD Tolling initiatives.
Requirements include a JD from an accredited law school, NY bar admission, 3 years of litigation experience in NY courts or admin tribunals, and at least 1 year in a law firm or in-house setting.
