Minimum Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
Proven experience in sales management, preferably in the marine or automotive industry.
Strong understanding of sales strategies and techniques.
Preferred Qualifications
Experience in outside sales and managing a sales team.
Familiarity with CRM software and sales analytics tools.
Previous experience in the marine industry or related fields.
Responsibilities
Develop and execute comprehensive sales plans to achieve regional sales targets.
Lead, mentor, and train the sales team to enhance their skills and performance.
Analyze sales metrics and market trends to identify opportunities for growth.
