Our state-of-the-art facilities and cutting-edge technology allow us to deliver superior products to our clients across various industries.Job OverviewWe are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Full-time Tool and Diemaker Fourslide to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have extensive knowledge of fourslide (four-slide) machines, tooling, and setup procedures. This role is critical in ensuring the efficient production of high-quality parts and components using fourslide technology.Key ResponsibilitiesDesign, fabricate, and maintain tools, dies, and fixtures for fourslide machinesSet up and operate fourslide machines for various production runsInterpret technical drawings, blueprints, and specifications to create precise toolingPerform complex machining operations using various machine tools and equipmentTroubleshoot and resolve issues related to tooling, dies, and fourslide machinesConduct regular maintenance and repairs on fourslide equipmentOptimize production processes to improve efficiency and reduce wasteEnsure compliance with quality standards and safety regulationsTrain and mentor junior team members on fourslide operations and best practicesCollaborate with engineering and production teams to develop innovative solutionsMaintain accurate records of tool and die designs, modifications, and maintenanceParticipate in continuous improvement initiatives and lean manufacturing practicesQualifications and SkillsProven experience as a Tool and Diemaker with a strong focus on fourslide technologyIn-depth knowledge of fourslide (four-slide) machines, their operation, and setup proceduresProficiency in reading and interpreting technical drawings and specificationsExcellent understanding of metalworking principles, materials, and machining techniquesStrong problem-solving skills and ability to think criticallyHands-on experience with various machine tools and precision measuring instrumentsFamiliarity with CAD/CAM software and CNC programming is a plusGood mathematical skills and attention to detailAbility to work independently and as
