Job description
The Crosby Group seeks a Tool & Die Machinist to support precision manufacturing of safety-critical lifting and rigging products. In this role, you will set up, operate, and maintain manual and CNC machines to build, modify, and repair tooling and dies used in high-volume production. You will interpret blueprints and CAD models, machine components to tight tolerances, and verify quality using precision measuring tools. Working in a safety-driven, quality-focused culture, you will collaborate with engineering and production, support continuous improvement, and help drive reliable, efficient operations in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
