Tool & Die MakerExpress Employment Professionals is seeking an experienced Tool & Die Maker for a daylight shift position in the Latrobe, PA area. This role is with a clean, climate-controlled manufacturing environment and offers long-term potential with excellent benefits once hired on.$25-35/ hourShift & Schedule:Monday – Friday7:00 AM – 3:30 PMWillingness to work reasonable overtime as neededJob Duties Include:Set up and operate manual machine tools including lathes, milling machines, and precision grindersBuild, maintain, assemble, and troubleshoot powder compacting tooling made from carbide and steelAssemble various die sets for different pressing applicationsIdentify worn components and refurbish tooling to maintain product qualityTroubleshoot die issues in the powder compacting process and modify tooling as neededInterpret prints, sketches, engineering specifications, and work ordersCollaborate with design engineers to optimize tooling and component designsMaintain high ethical and professional work standardsRequirements:3+ years of Tool & Die making experienceHigh School Diploma or equivalentStrong mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skillsBasic shop math skillsExperience with manual machines and precision grindersAbility to work full shifts and be dependablePreferred Experience:Carbide machining experienceWire EDM programming, setup, and operationBenefits When Hired On:401(k) with company matchHealth, dental, and vision insuranceHealth savings accountPaid time offLife insuranceFlexible scheduleTuition reimbursementReferral program
