Job description
WIKA Alexander Wiegand SE & Co. KG is seeking a skilled Tool and Die Maker to build, repair, and optimize tooling used in the production of precision measurement instruments. In this hands-on role, you will fabricate and fit dies, jigs, fixtures, and gauges, interpret technical drawings, and work with CNC and conventional machines to ensure tight tolerances and repeatable quality. You will diagnose tooling issues, support production teams, and contribute to continuous improvement projects in an engineering-driven, collaborative environment.
