Join us in the journey!We are actively seeking an experienced and dedicated Tool and Die Maker to join the PPG organization. The Tool and Die Maker will provide direct support to Tooling, Production, Wax, and Metrology by maintaining, repairing, and creating the necessary tooling to reduce and eliminate production delays.Benefits include:Quarterly profit-sharing bonus; eligible upon hireRelocation assistance availablePaid time off401(k) with company matchPaid holidaysTuition / professional development reimbursementHealth, dental, and vision insuranceOptional HSA with company contributionEmployee Assistance ProgramShort-term disability, long term disability, and life insurance at no costLimitless opportunity for advancementRequirements:Extensive experience in operating a manual millManufacture new and repair complex tooling as neededInspect finished dies and tools for defects, smoothness, and contour deformitiesVerify tooling and fixturing meet quality requirementsMaintain organized workspaceOther related duties as requestedKnowledge, skills, and abilities:Ability to read and interpret blueprintsExperience operating 3 axis CNC milling equipment is preferredExtensive experience with metalworking tools including drills, milling machines, grinders, and lathesAbility to understand GD&T requirementsBasic shop mathExcellent attention to detailAdvanced troubleshooting skillsAbility to multi-taskEffective communication skillsTeam PlayerCompensation:Compensation for this role will vary based on industry specific experiencePrinceton Precision Group abides by applicable export control laws including the International Traffic in Arms Regulations (ITAR) in accordance with the company's export control procedures. Most positions require access to ITAR/EAR-controlled information.
