Job description
Geater Machining & Manufacturing Co. seeks a Machining Tool Crib Attendant to support precision aerospace and defense production. In this role, you’ll issue, receive, and track cutting tools, gauges, and shop supplies; maintain accurate inventory; and stage tooling for CNC and manual machining operations. You’ll inspect tools, coordinate sharpening and replacement, and support calibration. Working closely with machinists and supervisors, you’ll help ensure uptime, safety, and quality while contributing to 5S, continuous improvement, and a team-focused, employee-oriented culture with long-term growth opportunities.
