Plastic Extrusion Tooling & Die Designer EngineerMentor, Ohio area manufacturer is seeking to hire a Plastic Extrusion Tooling & Die Designer or Engineer for plastic extrusion tooling & die design & development.Salary Range: $65K - $110K Full-time Permanent Position with Benefits.Requirements:High School Graduate (Associate or Bachelor degree preferred)4+ years' experience with extrusion designing tooling for plastic extrusion to include Rigid PVC, Flexible PVC, ABS, ASA, HDPE, LDPE, PP, TPRs/TPOs, PC and other engineered resins.CAD experience is requiredMust be able to troubleshoot existing tooling as well as Familiar with operate die grinders, milling machines and lathes to modify existing and new tooling for single screw extrusion machinesFamiliar with vacuum sizing techniquesDay shift with occasional weekend work as neededCandidates are required to pass a Criminal Background Check and a 10 Panel Drug Screen.
