Catoosa, OK

PAY IS DEPENDING ON EXPERIENCE 1st Shift Work with a wide range of precision machine shop equipment. Develop skills in balancing and machining setup processes. Affordable health insurance you can actually use, including $5 copays, $5 prescriptions, and free Telehealth services What you'll do as: Tool & Die Machinist Operate manual lathes, vertical mills, drill presses, band saws, and hydraulic presses. Fabricate and shape metal, plastic, and composite components to specifications. Read blueprints and use precision measuring tools to verify tight tolerances. Set up and align tooling, fixtures, and materials safely. Clean and maintain equipment, estimate machining time, and support other shop areas.

Preferred Candidate Might At least 5 years of manual machining experience. Experience machining harder metals such as Inconel 718, 17-4 stainless steel, titanium, or 4340 steel. Proficiency with blueprint reading, GD&T, and metrology equipment. Experience estimating machining time and materials; balancing or grinding experience is a plus. Ability to work independently, operate overhead cranes, and lift up to 50 pounds.
