Tool And Die MakerKapco Inc. is looking for a Tool & Die Maker on 1st, 2nd, and Weekend shift at our Grafton, WI facility. We offer competitive pay plus a $5000 sign on bonus!Primary ResponsibilitiesBuilding new and repairing of existing die consisting of progressive dies, jigs and fixturesHolds extremely close tolerances, which will reduce the cost and improve the speed and quality of various production operationsLays out and performs bench and machine operations to construct, alter and repair dies, jigs, fixtures and special toolsPerforms tool and die maintenance and repairman dutiesVerifies quality and print specifications are metOther duties as assignedRequired Education & Experience:2-year trade school program or equivalent work experienceExperience in a metal manufacturing environment: metal grounding and manual machine operationAttention to detail and good math skillsAbout Kapco Metal StampingKapco is known for investing in its people and creating a culture of engagement and is equally as committed to giving back to the community.
