Tool / Mold MakerLocation: Lancaster, PA (on-site)Schedule: Monday to Friday 7:00am to 3:30pmCompensation: $35 -$39 /hr (Dependent on Experience)Employment Type: Full-Time, Direct HirePosition SummaryThis role is responsible for inspecting, maintaining, and repairing all plastic injection molds/tools.Essential ResponsibilitiesTroubleshooting, repairing and modifying molds by cleaning, grinding and polishingUse various machining processes (milling, grinding, EDM) to maintain molds and fabricate ejector pinsPartnering with internal teams to understand requirements and recommend enhancements for mold performanceEnsure molds meet quality and precision standards to manufacture custom productsMaintaining a clean and safe working environmentIdeal Candidate ExperiencePrevious experience in Tool/Mold Making for plastic injection moldingWillingness to adhere to established procedures and specificationsAbility to accurately review blueprints and read, write, and communicate in EnglishProven experience maintaining accurate records and inventoryPhysical Demands of PositionThe ability to manage several projects at one time with frequent interruptions and tight deadlines.Ability to work in loud manufacturing environmentOccasional need to bend, squat, climb, grasp, reach, and lift to 50 lbs.Frequent walking / standingCompany BenefitsPaid Time Off including holidays and vacationHealth, Dental, and Vision insurance2 Health Plan Options – One with fully reimbursed deductible!Flexible Spending Account401(k) with company matchCompany provided group life insurance and AD&DCompany provided short-term disability coverageOptional long-term disability coverageEmployee Referral Bonuses
