Job description
Toolcraft is seeking a dependable Store Manager to lead our retail operations in Rutland, VT. You will supervise staff, manage daily store activities, and ensure excellent customer service while maintaining merchandise displays and inventory accuracy.
The role requires strong leadership, experience in retail, and willingness to learn about Toolcraft’s range of construction tools, rentals, parts, and small-engine equipment. In-person, standard weekday schedule with occasional Saturdays.
