Job description
Siemens Energy, Inc. is seeking a Tooling & Die Engineer/Machine Shop Manager to lead the Tampa BVT machine shop. You will oversee tooling development for wax pattern production, ceramic core tooling, and casting operations, ensuring dimensionally accurate, production-ready dies and fixtures.
You will manage staff, enforce safety and quality standards, and collaborate with engineering and maintenance to improve tool life and throughput.
