Runnings is seeking a Department Manager for the Tools Department in our retail store. The role involves merchandising, sales, and ensuring high levels of customer service. It requires flexibility to work days, nights, and alternating weekends, with extensive knowledge of tools preferred.
Pay range is $16.00-$18.00 hourly, depending on experience. This position includes training and leadership of department team members and collaboration with store management.
