Job description
Renegade Talent Group places experienced in-home closers with home-improvement companies on Long Island. You will go to homes, assess projects, quote on a tablet, present, and close in one visit, often during evenings and weekends.
Commission-based pay with bonuses and uncapped upside; typical first-year earnings around $175K, with top reps reaching $200K–$300K+ by year two or three. Company trucks and gas cards are common perks.
