Job description
MercyOne is seeking a BC/BE Gastroenterologist to join its growing Des Moines metro practice. The opportunity offers a generous compensation package with a 2-year income guarantee of $700,000 base salary, $150,000 bonus, CME $6,000, paid malpractice and a 403B match.
The position supports outpatient work with no call; inpatient coverage is optional, and there is 24/7 GI hospitalist coverage. MercyOne Des Moines integrates an endoscopy suite with in-house specialists and teaching opportunities
